I don't think this card is good. Not for arena OR constructed - it gives you a 1/3 weapon so... what? You gonna play a 1/1 Pirate to get 1 charge damage? Seems beyond belief stupidly slow and thus' not valuable in the slightest.
So... why is it that folks think this somehow is magically good in arena?
It's clearly good in arena, playing something on turn one is already a big deal, and this can kill a 2 drop+provide the warrior pings, and if u ever played arena u know how good pings are, not to say it's pretty optimist to think you will always have a weapon to use before u finish swinging this one
Very good card, imho. Still, because of Fiery Win Axe this may not see play in constructed.
For arena, instead, this card is really good : people tend to forget that constructed is not the only mode in HS, and blizzard has to keep in mind that too when They make cards. Right now, warrior in arena sucks, this may help some how.
Warrior is far from being bad in arena right now m8, it's just that pala-mage-rogue are that strong.
Point is, that ideia is stupid, taunt was the mechanic introduced to COUNTER a specific part of the game and you are saying to "introduce a counter to the counter", taunt already comes at a cost in stats, it doesn't make sense to make it even more unrealiable.
Not sure why you want to draw so many cards as a warlock. Seems too situational, especially when control oriented warlocks tend to have pretty full hands from tapping often. Would risk overdrawing or fatiguing too fast.
My thoughts exactly, in other classes this could be really strong, in warlock tho, it's not that good really, decent, but not THAT good as it might sound.
of course mage will not use fireball on it, it sucks, he will not even need to do it. since he's 3 drop can trade with this, survive, and even kill the slime after.
at first it seems good but it's actually not as flexible as u think.
if u use it first u lose all ur mana and possibly lose board control, but if u use it second after u get a minion out then its power is reduced. the inconsistency makes this card BAD
What ? Why does I suppose to use this as a first move on my turn ? I can only see Flamewaker synergy and removel potential
If you have really played with tempo mage u would know that A LOT of times the decisions you make on the turn is based on the results of the pings from flamewaker, so a lot of times u would like to cast a spell, see what happens since flamewaker do whatever he wants with the pings, and THEN see what u do, with this card, u don't have this kind of flexibility, u either go for it, play other things early and pray for god that the pings obey, or play as if the card did not even exist.
A LOT of people seems to be missing this crucial point, u can't cast this and see what will happen with pings and then plan on what to do based on the results...
