the less playable legends the better for low budget players. ofc id prefer theyd just remove all bad legendaries from the set but as a small indie company they need to make some money.

That would actually be ... playable.
should make one "if your deck contains no pirates, mark of the lotus, ice block or totems automatically win the game". might see a little more deck variety.. -

FrostedBricks posted a message on Blizzard is Screwing US on Purpose (Conspiracy)Posted in: General DiscussionThis is a dumb theory, but hear me out guys. After seeing all the prince cards I am extremely underwhelmed by their power level, especially Valanar. These cards aren't only bad, they're insulting. Expansions always have terrible legendaries, but I feel like these are on a whole other level bad. Worse than boogey monster bad. Then I got thinking, what if they made these bad cards on purpose with a goal in mind? You may ask, what is there goal. Well recently as many people know, Blizzard made a change to pack openings. One of the changes states that you are guaranteed a legendary within the first 10 packs you open of a new expansion. What if Blizzard is trying to sabotage the first 10 pack legendary with awful cards in an attempt to make you buy more packs? It makes sense, open a horrendous legendary, open your other 40 packs if you pre-ordered, you didn't get the death knight you wanted, so you open more. I feel like these dust princes were made to counter the guaranteed legendary drop in the first 10 packs. Maybe I'm crazy, but these cards are so awful and poorly made I feel there must be some explanation for their existence.

DarkArchon21 posted a message on Knights of the Frozen Throne is Hearthstone's Next ExpansionPosted in: NewsThe cost of packs is getting to insane, i guess that problem is made worse because i live in Canada which bumps the price up to $65 for 50 packs. I don't understand how digital packs can have the same cost as real packs, there is no production or shipping costs and all the other middle man fees. It's just a rip off...Hopefully more competition will make them rethink prices to something reasonable.

robpcom3 posted a message on Is the matchmaking system really random, or rigged?Posted in: General DiscussionThe match making system is based off an algorithm that at best could try approximate randomness, but in reality true randomness is almost impossible to achieve with such algorithms. Now throw in the fact that Blizzard's motive is profit, not ensuring that their algorithm is really random. It's highly unlikely that Blizzard doesn't tweak the algorithm to ensure varied results, ending streaks with counter match-ups, so that people are trying out more deck types, buying more packs etc. That's their motive, and to blindly have faith that they'd never use their match making algorithms just like airlines do when overbooking, to maximize profits even if they screw a few customers in the process, that's absurd to me. Seems like hopeless naiveté.

This expansion is keep getting better and better! Out of all the revealed cards there are only a few cards worth getting and only one legendary worth crafting.%80 of these legendaries will never see play. Not even in T4 fun decks. If u just have 4-5k dust lying around congrats u can craft the whole set!

%80 winrate is a load of bullshit. This deck gets rekt by Patron Warrior,Secret Paladin,Combo Druid. And these 3 decks make the majority of rank 5-1.
2
Yeah Miracle Rogue and Patron Warrior was op for doing 20-50 damage in one turn but 40+damage OTK from EMPTY BOARD is okay. With just ONE card.Sometimes i wonder why i spend so much in this game if im going to get rekt by players that simply keep vomiting cards and going face.
3
Yeah good game Blizzard.Patron Warrior was op but not this right?

''Used in 43.80% of all decks''. Used more than Archmage Antonidas which is considered one of the best class legendaries in the game... That is saying something.

Just got Anub'arak from a pack again for the second time.I will give him a chance this time with this deck.
