Also, just for fun, would there be anyway to squeeze in a Dinomancy?
I should also note that I'm trying to avoid adding cards from the old expansions, so while yes while cards like N'Zoth, the Corruptor, Fiery Bat, etc. would be good additions to this deck I'd prefer to avoid cards that will get cycled out of standard come April.
I still have questions about some other cards that might be more useful in this deck and what to swap them out for and weather or not I need more then one of any of the cards I’ve already put in.
More high cost beasts?: Kathrena Winterwisp does really shine when you have a good number of high cost beasts. But I'm wondering which beasts and what to swap them out for.
Flare: There's a decent amount of Secret Hunters/Mages/Rouges in the meta these days and I'm wondering if i should put at least one of these in to help counter them. If nothing else it's a little extra card draw which leads to me to my next point...
Card Draw: Are there any cards i should put in to keep me from running out of cards to early? Right now there's nothing really in this deck that keeps me from burning out to quickly. In terms on minions I thinking maybe Stitched Tracker or Shallow Gravedigger or maybe even Tracking.
Stampede: Probably a card better used for low cost beast decks like Quest Hunter better for lower cost beast decks, but I thought I would throw it in in case anyone got an idea.
Corridor Creeper: I only had one in my collection but i might craft another if it gets recommended enough.
Tundra Rhino: One of the big staples of hunter decks but I can't help but think it doesn't really fit here. Still, worth a mention.
Spells and Weapons: I put in Animal Companion and Kill Command because those are pretty much mandatory in hunter decks but if there's anything else that should put in besides minions feel free to say. Maybe the Eaglehorn Bow/Secret combo, with secrets like Explosive Trap or Wandering Monster.
Tomb Lurker and Corpse Raiser: Both of these seem like they could work with this deck. Play Tomb Lurker, get an extra minion or play Corpse Raiser and bring a minion back after triggering its Deathrattle.
That about all I had for the most part. Any advise is welcome, thanks!
Still making changes to this deck. For one, I added a pirate package to keep up with aggro. It's playable on ladder but doesn't have a great winrate. I guess it's more of a Big Hunter with eggs..
I think the OP should probably cut Raptor Hatchling - it's a vanilla 2/1 with a Deathrattle that doesn't change the game state, and it has game-losing synergy with Kathrena Winterwisp. Devilsaur Egg also looks quite weak - the deck doesn't run any cards which actually turn the 0/3 into an active threat, and only has four cards which trigger a "free" 5/5. Egg decks are fairly common in Wild - the older format has better Eggs, and more ways of activating them. They've never really worked in Standard, as the current crop of Eggs aren't as good as the Wild Eggs, and apart from Defender of Argus, the activators aren't that great. I'd suggest trying to fit Defender of Argus into the deck - perhaps cut Houndmaster. Otherwise, with only four activators, there really isn't any point in running the Eggs. Deathstalker Rexxar also seems like a considerable upgrade over Swamp King Dred.
As far as the cards the OP listed - Stampede won't really work, and neither will Dinomancy. Hunter lacks genuine card draw, and plays out its hand pretty quickly, so you often won't get more than a single activation off of Stampede. In practice, Dinomancy is a down-grade on the Hero Power - once you fall behind on board, you sacrifice any chance of top-decking lethal through some combination of Hero Power, Kill Command and Huffer. Zalae once calculated that you need to land the +2/+2 bonus on an attacking minion three times over the course of the game in order to break even - four times in order to begin gaining value off the card. Playing it on a minion from your hand only counts as half an activation, since you lose the "Charge" value of the buff.
One card which the OP didn't mention was Flanking Strike - it's one of the best cards from the new set, and it helps Hunter gain a huge amount of tempo. Deathrattle decks are pretty slow by design, so the tempo boost is pretty important. Think of Flanking Strike as a scaled-down version of Firelands Portal - except it always gives you a Beast.

People mentioning this card but I don’t own Deathstalker Rexxar, what I listed above is what I have for the most part in terms of legendaries.
I still have one slot open, I was thinking maybe add another high cast beast for Kathrena, maybe a Violet Wurm or another Corridor Creeper.
I’d like to try the Devilsaur Egg. I’ll give Replacing the Houndmasters for Defender of Arguses a shot, but if it really doesn’t work what do you think I should replace them for?
Also what about Flare? Do you think there’s room for it, or is it not useful enough?

Can anyone tell me which cards make for a good Deathrattle Hunter deck? What minions I should use, what spells and weapons are a must have, etc.
I’m looking for a relatively cheap build, though I do have a few rare cards like Kathrena Winterwisp, Swamp King Dred, Bloodmage Thalnos, and Cairne Bloodhoof.
Update: Just got Deathstalker Rexxar so that’s also an option now

Here’s what I have so far:
I still have questions about some other cards that might be more useful in this deck and what to swap them out for and weather or not I need more then one of any of the cards I’ve already put in.
Here are some questions i have:
More low cost minions?: Right now I there's a fair bit of early game in this deck but I'm wondering if it still needs a couple more low cost cards like Crackling Razormaw, Scavenging Hyena, Alleycat, or Jeweled Macaw.

Looks good, but I don’t have a lot of the cards you’ve listed, i.e. King Krush, Charged Devilsaurs, etc.
I Don’t have a lot of epic it legendary cards beyond the ones I’ve listed an a few others I I’m trying to keep this deck relatively cheap.
It would cost me about 6k dust for all the cards I don’t have. :/
