i love to play control decks and i know that just sticking to one class in a game with a changing meta is difficult to pull off. But i dont have enough time or money to get plenty of class specific cards aswell as the legendaries to play control.
Before the Grand Tourney was released i played a cheapish version of control warrior and i loved it. I tried to keep playing the deck but it just doesn't work. Im lacking the top notch legendaries aswell which means i cant have a top notch control deck.
Right now im enjoying mecha mage but my ideal plan would be to pick a class, make a non control deck with said class to get used to it and grind my way up to the needed legendaries and class cards in order to play control again.
I'm in a luxurious position to be able to make this decision, idk from your standpoint tho, but I would scrap fizzlebang, eadric, malorne and paletress. With the exception paletress, the other 3 legendaries probably wont see plays, they are good for fun gimmicky decks. With all that new dust(1600) you can make Dr. 7.
Aggro? Dr. 7 cuz why not. Mid range? Definitely Dr.7.Control? Obligatory Dr 7.
Grinding is typically quantity over quality of games so you make some aggro pally/face hunter and hit face till you can craft wallet warrior.
Or instead of crafting Dr. 7, you can craft handlock cards since you already have Jaraxxus.
@fadingfaith Yeah Fr.7 was Nr1 on my to craft list. Im well aware that something like facehunter is the best way to grind but i shyed away from it since i feel like a sellout playing it. But surprisingly enough, im enjoying it so far.
I own everything for Control Warrior, except for more legendaries so ill just grind them i guess.
Funny story, i opend 17x Toruney packs today, pulled 3 legendaries.....Aviana and a second time eadric the pure & Confessor paletress.
Yeah i figured that Midrange Druid would be a good way to grind my way up, so i spend a little Dust.
I have Dr.Boom now and every card for Midrange Druid, except for the Shade of Naxxramus. I don't know if i have to play more with the deck but so far im constantly loosing. I guess i have to practice more and read more guides to get used to it.
I went from Control Warrior to face hunter, maybe i have to start to think more when i play haha.
Also i would consider Justicar Truehard quite important for many decks, espacially control.

I think dragon priest with confessor paletres can be good for you
