I'm a returning player that just came back in at the release of Gadgetzan and have been playing on and off for a few months now. I have a few decent cards in my collection, mainly used in my Shaman as Shaman is my favorite class to play. So far in ranked the highest I've gotten to is 15 and that just seems to be my ceiling, where I can't progress at all. Right now I am stuck at 17 with 3 stars and I'm losing hope that I can do any better.
The Jade Shaman deck I play always seems to either get outpaced by Aggro, wall'ed out by Dragon Priest or outlasted by Reno decks. Here is my current deck I am using.
Im using a similar deck without aya and white eyes (since i dont have them) and i seem to be doing fine. Brann is rotating soon so buying the expansion is probably a waste if you're not gonna play wild. But i think you're the problem, rather than your deck. Im also an on and off player and is rank 13 atm, and if i actually start playing more and seriously i think i can climb to 10 atleast. So you should focus on trying to find your missplays that you're doing.
I'm not a deck expert by any means, but, here is what I'd do. Take it with a grain of salt.
Of your 3 matchups you are having problems with Dragon Priest is just a bad matchup for Shaman right now. I'd go ahead and just accept that as a given and understand that you will be unfavored in that matchup but, it's not a terribly common one so not the end of the world.
Of the other 2 matchups I think you can improve your odds by playing faster. I'd toss out the more controlly cards like Jinyu and White Eyes in favor or more aggressive cards.
So, lets look at your cards as what will be good vs. Pirate Warrior in particular and fast enough to give Reno fits.
So, what is IN ------------------------ All the Jade cards stay as they are central to your deck. Totem Golem stays as early pressure The Squires and Flametounge are a nice combo and can provide early pressure/board control. Feral Spirit is a very nice tech card vs. Pirate Warrior. It stays. Maelstron Portal is a nice anti-Pirate card and also develops board. It stays. Azure Drake is too good to leave out
What is OUT - Gonna remove a lot of stuff... Sorry. ---------------------------- White Eyes is nice but, we want to be more aggressive Jinju could be nice to recover from a pirate onslaught, but, I think something cheaper and faster like Acidic Swamp Ooze does a similar job faster. Mana Tide Totem - We want pressure, pressure, pressure. Thing from Below - With Mana Tide gone and hopefully never tapping this follows out the door. Lightning Storm - We want pressure... Hex - Looking for more aggressive cards
What to Suggest Adding ---------------------------------- Tunnel Trogg - Very good still Acidic Swamp Ooze - Will really help in the Warrior matchup Lightning Bolt - A bit of a staple card and can finish games Argent Horserider - Will combo well with your flametouge Totems 2nd Feral Spirit 2nd Jade Chieftan
And some more costly options? Brann Thalnos Leeroy Jenkins
I think taking a more aggresive stance with weapon removal will help you win at a higher rate. But, if you want to continue with a more controlly version I'd suggest looking at some Crusher Shaman lists and go from there.
Thank you jazzfan27, the deck has certainly improved from what it was, it just seems it might take a bit of getting used to because of all the rushdown it is now. I have trouble dealing with bigger boards with this deck and with the mass removal taken out it seems hard to get rid of said boards.

Is there any way I can improve it without having to go and buy the adventure with Brann Bronzebeard in it?
Thanks for any help in Advance!
