Why nerf BGH to the point of it becoming totally useless? Hard removal for 8 mana? I mean are you even serious?
Rag without pseudo charge but without random targeting? Why?
TBK is totally fine. It is not and never was considered to be an overpowered card why the fuck would you nerf it?
It looks a bit like you just randomly picked cards regardless of them being completely fine and though "yeah lets mess those things up a bit" but thats not the point of balancing you don't take cards that are completely fine and change them without apparent reason.
Balancing changes are reserved for cards that are an actual problem and as far as Blizz is concerned buffing isn't even on the table.
I suspect this is a case of "these cards recently happened to beat me, they must be OP so let me find a way to complain about them.
But yes, these are foolish changes to powerful, but completely reasonable and balanced, cards.

The point isn't to buff or nerf these cards, it's to change them to be less random and swingy, basically restricting the upper and lower limit of the value or anti-value they can get.
ven worse than Elven Archer.... and Ragnaros the Firelord may have a random effect but is incredibly well balanced and on a side note super flavourful there is just no need to change it and where there is no need there is no reason.
If these suggestions happened to make BGH or TBK unplayable, then fine. Good riddance for those. They are "sideboard" cards in a game that doesn't have sideboards. So if they are in your deck it's because you predict they will trigger enough to be worth it. It's about as dumb as a 7 mana 1/1 that deals 30 damage to all warrior heroes as a battlecry. Yeah it'll suck most of the time but wow, if the meta gets warrior heavy, such a good card! So fun for everyone!
A card is not balanced because on average it's... average...
As for this mad bomber variant, well in arena it'll be much worse than the current bomber, which is grossly overpowered ( stats back it up I will find them again if you want), but still not that bad. On an empty board, it's a strictly better ironforge rifleman for instance. In constructed it could see play in warrior or who knows where else. Doesn't really matter.
Anyway if you like ragnaros then may I suggest this amazing game I stumbled upon while on a mystic trek to the far east? Casual gamers love it. Billions have played it's so good apparently! It's even decided the outcome of many important events! Truly thrilling, or as Ben Brode would say, "HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!".
What's wrong with acidic swamp ooze for instance? There's also many "soft" counter cards like wild pyromancer, ironbeak owl, spellbreaker, brawl, sunwalker or baron geddon. Cards that aren't just designed to counter one specific situation in an overly efficient way at the price of being otherwise pretty useless.
none of the cards mentioned need fixing. Cards that dont see any play like recycle need to be fixed. mad bomber is the only i think needs a change i dont like the random aspect of this game. I would prefer skill based play rather then luck.

Undertaker - If you have at least 2 minions with deathrattle in your hand, opponent concedes.

Well you can question the validity of the survey if you want.
It was done on reddit

I don't know if they represent the majority of players or not. Certainly they represent the majority of the players who matter, i.e. those who stay and play the game a lot ( and eventually spend money ).
Some conditional tech cards are ok.
