Inspired by Prince Malchezaar. Basically in exchange for taking up to 20 Face Damage each card you Mulligan is Discarded instead. Not only would this allow you to get discard synergies started early with Clutchmother Zavas, Silverware Golem, and Blood-Queen Lana'thel, and future Discard synergy cards, it will increase the value of Healing/Lifesteal and make Happy Ghoul great too.
But of course this creates a layer of strategy involved because if you Mulligan/Discard 4 cards and take 20 damage, Thantos, Soul Broker will kill you whenever you draw him. This card also fits the theme of Warlock really well in my opinion.
Guess you better hope you don't see your win cons in your mulligan, or else you'd have to hold them or delete them.
This would only promote retarded decks that start the game with two 3/3's on the board and a 2 mana 4/4 on turn 2. Double Mind Blast would be used as tech. Just all around horrible things would happen.
Lengthy, confusing, unnecessary ability that only promotes high-rolling and rage-quitting when you have to discard your Gul'Dan because you don't want a 10 mana card in your opening hand.

The cards wouldn’t benefit the quest because you play that after mulligan. So at best (without INSANE discard support in the next expansion) you start off at 15 life and two 3/3s on the board. Worst case is you go second and immediately lose turn 1 if you mulligan 4 and topdeck this.
The concept is in exchange for potential power such as having two 3/3 minions at the start of the game with Silverware Golem the drawback of its potential has to be severe. You are paying for that power with your Health total.

Yeah right now the concept is definitely super questionable because their isn't much support for Discard mechanics which is why I asked for feedback on it.
You are right it doesn't support the Quest, which is kind of a bummer. I hope more Discard Synergy cards are released.
This can be quite horrible, because you're shuffling a Burrowing Mine in your deck and if you mulligan, your opponents will know it. I'm aware that discard warlock needs some more discard synergies, but discards are supposed to be the bad effect while they're benefited with good effects. This unfortunately is a bad effect(Discard) + bad effect(10+5x Damage), that can cause consequences (Deciding to either keep or discard high cost synergy cards). Though I will say, the best luck you can get is getting something like Silverware Golem and Thanatos in your hand. Discard both of these cards, and you now have 20 health, but a 3/3 minion at start of turn. You also don't have to deal with Thanatos, which you already don't have to if you get him in your starting hand. But now, Blood-Queen Lana'thel is a 5 mana 3/6 at start. But other than this scenario, I feel we'd need a lot more discard synergies before we start making Discard sound like it's a good effect itself. I'm aware this isn't a real card, but I just like reviewing every aspect of it.
Basically increase the odds of losing the game versus aggro by about 100%

What do you think about this card?
Why do you take 10 damage when you draw this?
Guess you better hope you don't see your win cons in your mulligan, or else you'd have to hold them or delete them.

That's just a terrible terrible card idea! lol

This card would be great!
... to ruin the experience getting a legendary in your packs
I would say this, Cards you mulligan are discarded instead. Take 4 damage for each minion discarded this way.
This space is intentionally blank.
Basically increase the odds of losing the game versus aggro by about 100%
This card is just confusing to me. The concept, the execution, the idea as a whole.
