Don't you need card draw to cycle through to play that many 1 drops fast?

I need to draw only 1-cost minions and i have already 4 draw for it. Draws are always good; I know that but it's hunter's general problem already. I don't want to put Starving Buzzard in because with this situation of the deck I have already drawed my 1 costs with Tol'vir Warden. If there will be more 1-cost beasts, I may be add Starving Buzzard but not right now.

If I will put Fire Fly to the deck, I can put Blubber Baron maybe but still it's not what I want for this deck. There are already decks that contains Fire Flys and Blubber Barons

Why not use cards like Flare, Bloodmage Thalnos and Loot Hoarder to trigger card draws? If there is one weakness I know Hunters have, is that their card draw sucks major ass compared to classes like Druid, Warrior and Paladin.
The quest doesn't work with secret hunter. Secret hunter wants to end the game early as they basically dump secrets and hope there opponent can't answer them. Quest hunter wants to dump 1 mana's on the board and hopes that by turn 7 they get the 5/8/8 beast and out value there opponent. Secrets are only really efficient early on, A turn 5 explosive trap or snipe often ends up doing nothing.
You have 0 card draw besides tol'vir, which is a card you want to wait in till you have at least 5 1 drops in hand/played (playing before just makes getting the last minion even less likely).
You can't really play both. The only shared synergy is secret keeper, which is only good with 2x cloak huntress + 6 secrets + 2 weapons. That leaves only 18 cards left. The quest eats 1 of those slots and wants 6 1 drops at least(excluding secret keepers) + 2 Tol'vir. That means you have 9 spots open for selection. You now need hard removal (hunters mark/kill commands) at least some draw (loot hoards/buzzards) and a kill conditions(rhino's).
Basically you either run into a situation where you focus secret synergy early and never get the quest finished, or you focus 1/1 drops and your late game cards are situational traps. Even if you get the quest off on turn 6 (Very unlikely with 8 1 drops) What are you going to do if they hex the dino and you top deck a freeze trap? What if its eagle horn? You have no late game cards to supplement the raptors besides a single rhino. At most you get a 1 mana 3/2 and a 3/4 mana value minion on turn 7/8/9/10. Any control deck will win at this point and any aggro deck already out aggrod you.
If you want interesting synergies, look at cards like curator+finja or deathrattle synergizes or heavy card draw focus. Or just double down on beast synergy.
All I really know is I'm going to wait for the meta to settle, and if that card is viable, I'm crafting it in golden. Sweet ass concept. It can't be though. It won't work. Think about it. The worst possible thing is probably having to play that quest as your 1-drop. Then we have the joke of playing stonetusk boar. How is that justified?
Almost everything you said are true and bad sides of this deck. Thank you for realizing me from something that I missed. Your feedback was really good. But The Marsh Queen's mechanic is pushing me to it. As you say if my opponent hex my Queen Carnassa, and I top deck a freeze trap what will I do? question is possible for any condition with The Marsh Queen decks. For Example; If I got Queen Carnassa at turn 6 with no other cards in my hand, and my opponent hex it and then I top deck a Alleycat ? That card has some randomness conditions. I will just try it with secrets when it released and try to fix the bad sides of the deck. Especially the ones you mentioned.

I'm not playing games for only winning. I like to try something new. If I like only winning, I would play only Pirate Warrior and it is disguisting.

Your deck seems good to me but it is not I want to play. It is so aggro-ish and you have Eaglehorn Bow but not any secrets in your deck. It's weird in my opinion.

You're right about Eaglehorn Bow by the way. 6 damage for 3 mana is good value and you can even seperate it with 3-3. I've just wanted to say if there is an additional effect in a card, I always want to use it. I call it weird because of this. otherwise it's reasonable to add it to your deck.

The deck technically has 10 1-drops. Youthful Brewmaster is there to bounce them and speed up the quest. If you bounce a Fire Fly, that's 4 1-drops already.
If your plan is to add 12-16 1-drops in order to complete the quest before turn 5, so you can play the queen, then you have already lost. You will be out of cards by then and all you have to show up for it are some poor 1-drops. After the queen, because now your deck is FULL of 1-drops and the fact that everyone believes, a raptor will lead to another raptor and endless aggro will begin, is not possible. Your raptors will draw other cards (about 20 left in your deck) including your remaining 1-drops, which is a horrible draw and game loosing. Subsequent turns will be similar. Do you really want to overload the deck with 1-drops to complete the quest and then be technically, in top deck mode with your best draw a 1-drop 3/2?
The quest is not designed to completed by force. It has to be natural. You play a natural game and allow automatic completion of the quest which will grant you a win condition and draw engine. In this case your natural game is control. Hence the deck has a lot of control cards and mid-range minions to account for the draw from those 1-mana 3/2s. The raptors will help you draw your win conditions, they are not a win conditions on their own.
You can add more card draw, Loot Hoarder, Novice Engineer, etc. But they are sub-par cards and you will lose tempo. Loosing tempo as a hunter is bad, very bad. Hunters are not like mages who can freeze or flamestrike. Or warlocks who can play a bunch of AoE and surprisingly effective taunts. Speaking of taunts, this meta will contain a lot, and I mean a lot of taunts. Your 1-drops and 1-mana 3/2 will be no match for them, you need more punching power.
I think this deck reveals why this quest will be so hard to pull off (unless we get more Hunter card draw). If you don't draw a Tol'vir Warden by turn 5, you pretty much have no chance. Either you'll have a played a 5 or so 1-drops, be behind on the board and be out of cards, or have played only 2-3 1-drops and be far from completing the quest.
Unless there is more hunter card draw, you'll either need to fill space in your deck with lots of small draw to cycle the deck, or else build more of a mid range and use a Starving Buzzard combo to draw and hit the quest around turn 8-9.
Either way, I think Starving Buzzard is a must in a Hunter quest deck because it also pairs amazingly with post-quest raptors.
In my opinion, Ashaf306 is right about that the quest should improve naturally. After activating the quest, we have potentially 23 cards + 15x Carnassa's Broods in our hand + deck and if we fill the deck with too much 1-cost minions it is technically a lose anyway. We need to keep some control or mid-range based cards in the quest deck. That's why i'm waiting for new reveals and filling my Secret Quest deck with unessential cards.
Also I have found something with the quest deck while building a wild Quest hunter deck. We have to put too much 1-cost minions in deck and Hunter got hand-buff synergy with MSoG expansion. I have built a deck like this;
So I thought that maybe I should put 2x Hidden Cache for my 2 secret slots to keep my 1-costs more valuable. So I can evolve my deck while I'm trying to get Queen Carnassa. So I build a new version of Un'Goro's Secret Queen. Here it is;

The deck only needs 2 things: stall and draw. The Elementals were meant to be neutral stall options to help classes in completing their quest spells, so they fit perfectly here imo.
Running so many 1-drops help a lot against aggro, so only the draw engine remains. Loot Hoarder and Cult Master make sense, but they are here for lack of options really, hope they release better ones in the upcoming weeks.
Don't think secrets fit this kind of strategy, the better ones are freeze and bear trap, but thats a bit too much stall i believe.

Blubber Baron instead of Crowd Favorite is good choice for another quest deck with aggro style with Abusive Sergeant, Fire Fly maybe with Hungry Crab.

Yeah, Tundra Rhino has great synergy with Carnassa's Brood.In my opinion You should add at least 1 copy of it.
