the problem is that some quests are already viable, playing against quest mage, who draws one more card already and there is less time for me before (s)he put together the pieces... its a no, but the other quests would be viable with this modification (like paladin, shaman, even hunter)
No point. Every buff to quests i general might jsut push the aready storng ones over the top.
The problem with quests is that they all follow the same rules when they have completely different playstyles. For example, Quest Druid has no problem using turn 1 to just play the quest, since they don't have any other options anyways. Shaman on the other hand would really love to use turn 1 to play a Murloc for Rockpool Hunter to curve into. It also doesn't help that Quets like Shaman or hunter rely heavily on taking the board early, which becomes very difficult when you have to ALWAYS pass turn 1.
Of course all this could be solved by just making quests play themselves automatically, which in turn, would have made something like Rogue completely busted (even more than it was on release).
Quests are simply a re poorly designed mess that attempt to force players to build subpar decks in order to get a reward that half the time isn't even worth the effort (see Warlock or Paladin for example). That's why the only quests that saw any play where those whose reward could win you the game either instantly or over a few turns. That'S why Hunter, Warlock and Shaman do so poorly. Because they don't offer a win condition. They just give you more stuff to play which only really works if you were winning in the first place.
The best we can hope for is for Blizzard to eventually revisist the quest archetype and print another set that actually works.
Most of the quests failed, if quests draws you a card will that make it viable ?
That would make them a little too good as there would essentially be no cost to running them
In fact if your deck has no turn 1 play there would almost be no reason not to as it would thin your deck

I tried having fun once. It was awful.
That would be a weird change but I understand your logic.
However I am of the belief (And this is just my personal opinion) that not all cards have to be good. Not even all legendaries have to be good.
