A lot of cheap removal, a lot of weapons and some big late minions

Advices and possible changes:

There isn't big AoE in this deck (only Ysera Awakens, and it's rare to get), so don't let your opponet get a big board advantage or you won't be able to stop him/her. If this happens a lot you may try Brawl, but that is not recommendable due to the many deathrattle's minios Naxxramas added to the game and are quite popular in the current meta.

Change Loot Hoarder for Bloodmage Thalnos, it will help to increase your AoE damage (Whirlwind) while maintain the card draw. 

Change Ysera or Gorehowl for Grommash Hellscream, if you can enrage her, it is a great finisher

Change The Black Knight for Cairne Bloodhoof, if you don't face too many Control Druids or Handlocks in the current meta; or for Harrison Jones to deal with the weapons of others Control Warrior and Hunters.

Since the deck is running 5 weapons you could try an Upgrade! instead of the Inner Rage
