Restart game till u'll have Innervate and Astral Communion and make sure u don't have Kel'Thuzad in your hand.

The whole setup is pretty flexible - u can substitute most of the cards as u want. The main concept is to get 10 mana early and create board presence with some taunts (e.g. Spreading Plague) while dropping Kel'Thuzad after.
