In the first phase, use Flare when he's got a couple of secrets on the board.

Remove his weapons with Acidic Swamp Ooze, Gluttonous Ooze and Harrison Jones. If you don't have Harrison, you can add another Gluttonous Ooze instead.

Use Spellbreaker to neutralize Festergut and Rotface in case you don't have a suitable spell available. If Rotface is the only enemy on the board, use Deadly Shot!

Cards to Mulligan for in the starting hand are Flare and Lock and Load along with some secrets. Playing Lock and Load on the second turn followed by a couple of secrets will give you an early advantage!
