This deck isn't a pure Freeze Mage deck. It's a mid-lategame Freeze Mage based on abusing Duplicate. Pyroblast is needed as a win condition in standard Freeze Mage because it doesn't have any threats besides Alexstrasza and burn spells. Pyroblast has been pretty terrible since Blizzard made it cost 10 mana. Using all the mana for your turn lategame to hit your opponent in the face means that you have to have total control over the board or have an Iceblock in play 2 turns prior, and then play Alexstrasza, have Iceblock be un-popped AGAIN, and then win.
Outside of that situation Pyroblast goes from being a win condition to a terribly inefficient removal spell. And if you are able to drop Alex and your opponent can't pop your Iceblock for two turns, you'd probably win with a random minion with Charge or Windfury. Why not just run another big dude like Archmage Antonidas or Ragnaros the Firelord instead?
My issue with the deck is having only 3 secrets with 2 Mad Scientists. Although I wouldn't know what to cut for another secret...
No pyroblast?
