Overall Objective
Play for board control with value and big tempo swings as your win condition. Strategy and win condition can change drastically depending on what you are playing against.

Main Synergies
There are a few strong synergies to keep in mind. However, realise that in many situations it isn't correct to hold on to cards just to combo later on (getting off any combo becomes significantly more difficult if you're dead).

Brann Bronzebeard + Kazakus
Because two Kazakus potions are better than one.

Brann Bronzebeard + Manic Soulcaster
Silly targets include Kazakus, Reno and Sindragosa. Beware, if you shuffle two Kazaki into your deck your Reno becomes inactive and vise versa. Combine with first synergy to get a total of four Kazakus potions.

Atiesh + Kazakus Potion
Obscene tempo swings and/or value

Mulligans and match-up strategies

Against aggressive decks
Mulligan for cheap spot removal and early board presence. Use spot removal for immediate threats (e.g. Primalfin Totem, Scavenging Hyena, Southsea Captain, etc). Get to late game and you win.

Against midrange decks
Play for board presence and trade on board as much as possible. Usually this is the easiest archetype to play against.

Against control decks
Try to get as much value out of the deck as possible. Go greedy with Netherspite Historian, save Brann + Kazakus + Soulcaster combo, combine 10-mana potions with Atiesh, squeeze out more value out of Brann with Sindragosa.
