I have been modifying and playing this deck since Ragnaros the Firelord was still in Standard.

I am going to be short with some tips for the deck:

You use Knife Juggler along with Unleash the Hounds when your opponent relies heavily on token generation(shaman, druid etc) to get back on the board.

You can replace Harrison Jones and/or Gluttonous Ooze with anything else you find helpful. I am seeing way too many Pirate decks to remove them at the moment. Both of these fuck up what Barnes can pull so I am not exactly thrilled to have included them, but they help keep Rexxar alive. (Update: I no longer see that many weapons)I had Freezing Trap at one point but since the game is filled with low cost totem decks the card lost it's value to me. I also used to run Deadly Shot though the card is more common in low cost hunter decks.

If any deck was to include Arfus then I believe this is definitely the one. Playing a 4 drop at 2 mana(see Corpse Widow) with such a strong effect makes the card worth including. He is also a beast so he has synergy with the class in general. An image in which thanks to Arfus I was able to turn the game around follows.

Edit (18/01/18):

So I was stuck at low ranks and felt like picking  back up my favourite hunter deck that had a negative winrate with the previous version(17W - 21L for anyone that cares). Surprisingly enough with a few tweaks here and there from the new Kobold's and Catacombs expansion the deck got a lot better(I am on a 5 winning streak right now). The nice thing about this deck is that you can shift your gameplan. If the opposing deck is a slow one, you can push for tempo and go for aggressive plays or choose to stick for the late game and have good chances of winning. No one expects a hunter deck to have fuel for the late game and this one deck will definitely take all of your opponents by surprise. I could see Crushing Walls in it but right now I don't have the card to try it out and I am not willing to craft it, even though I can.

The best part of it is that no Death Knight card goes to waste. Even Army of the Dead , a card that players do not generally want to play when they get it in iterations of their own decks including The Lich King, is really good in this deck(in fact, it can win you the game if your board got wiped out on a previous turn).

Let me know what you think and I might just go into more detail on how to play this deck.

Thanks, have a nice day!
