I beat Thaddius on Heroic by abusing the buff snapshot mechanics.  Every time he uses Polarity Shift, any buffs get snapshotted and applied as the new base stats.  The key cards for this deck are Murloc Warleader, Dire Wolf Alpha, Stormwind Champion.

Mullagin priorities are Soulfire, Shadow Bolt and Big Game Hunter to deal with his Stalagg and Feugen. Kill them both when they are 7/4.  Also effective is a Murloc Tidecaller or Grimscale Oracle on turn 1 followed by a Bluegill Warrior on turn 2.  After that, just get your murlocs on the board, then once you can get a Murloc Warleader, enjoy all of your murlocs getting buffed up every turn, or a Stormwind Champion.

Feel free to sub in another Big Game Hunter if you've got one, probably instead of a Voidwalker or a Nerubian Egg
