Hearthpwn

The premise of this deck is to stall Patchwork long enough to either, 

A. Make him Fatigue out.

B. Flood the board with taunts and freezes so that your minions and spells can kill him.

Best opening hands in order.

A. Acidic Swamp Ooze - This combined with the coin can Stall you for an extra turn.

B. Ice Lance - Great opening, allows you to keep the coin and freeze him, but you have to deal with his weapon next turn.

C. Frostbolt - Another Solid opening, though it requires your coin. stalls until next turn.

D. Mirror Image - This is less of a good opening because this card is more used middle to late game for extra stall.

E. Loot Hoarder - Last case scenario. Use this only if you drew nothing at all and are fishing for cards.

After the opening two draws, this is where your deck splits, if you're loaded up with freezes and spells, think about spamming Sorcerer's Apprentice on the board for free/cheap Freeze's/Spells. Keep your Ice Barrier and Ice Block up if you're doing this to prevent him from killing you.

The secondary, and best option, is to let him Fatigue himself out. The goal is to Duplicate both Coldlight Oracle so that he kills himself off. Not only does this damage Patchwerk, but it helps you to draw your cheap freezes.
