This is my first go at a Control Shaman and so far it works pretty well from rank 10 to 5. Try to keep the board clear until you can play big threats, like Arcane Giant. Mana Tide Totem is your only card draw, so try to keep them alive at least a second turn. When playing Stonehill Defender always look for another White Eyes which is extremely annoying in combination with Ancestral Spirit.

Mulligans:

when facing Hunter/Druid/Shaman/Warrior: Keep Maelstrom Portal, Lightning Bolt and Jade Claws

When facing paladins: Keep Devolve and the above

When facing control: Keep Devolve, Stonehill Defender and Mana Tide Totem
