***DISCLAIMER*** Not in any way am I claiming this deck is optimal, but it is very fun to play!

I have noticed that people were trying out different Murlock decks. Out of curiosity and appreciation for the warlock class I tried some of them and quite liked the idea of it. With the decks I tested, I ran into the same problem over and over again; I had a hard time building up my board and keeping it.

So i made some changes and came up with my own warlock deck.

In this guide I will explain why the cards were added to this deck.

Spells

Corruption Good to deal with unwanted board presence early on. And good to clear up that annoying minion later on. All in all a versatile spell that can help out if your Dirty Rat backfired and summoned a large minion too early in the game.

Shadowflame Good boardclear for little cost. you can easily blow up one minion to clear their side and still have enough murlocs left to push face.

Minions

Right off the bat, let's start with the elephant in the room

That one weird card

Dirty Rat Can be used both as early tank minion and late game annoyance. This enables you to stall your opponent in the early game enough to build some decent board on your side. By the time they bypass the rat, you will have good board presence. Be mindful against control decks, odds are they have a relatively strong minion you will forcefully place on the board. Playing this card without thinking it over can lose you the game. Honestly, this is the only card i have my doubts about, but it is just such a ridiculous strong taunt minion for 2 only mana that It offsets the risk for an early strong minion from your enemy. Aside from that risk, it often just pulls in a relatively weak minion and It is especially strong against questrogues, because you can let them drop a bounce minion and ruin their gameplan.

Warlock Class minions

Seadevil Stinger are there to rush a new board if it gets cleared and overall a very good card. Having this as a warlock card, makes this deck stand out for me. Imagine sacrificing a little bit of health for a turn 4 Finja, the Flying Star or even Seadevil Stinger into Seadevil Stinger into Finja, the Flying Star. A fantastic card!

Doomguard Good finisher, the discard is ok, you should be ending the game when this is played, so discarding cards is not too bad.

General Murlocs

Grimscale Oracle nice to combine with Murloc Tidecaller

Murloc Tidecaller A very good card to mulligan for. it has great early game potential and synergy with any murloc placed on board.

Bilefin Tidehunter A 1/1 taunt can be really helpful to stall your opponent

Blowgill Sniper Nice little murloc to get rid of that pesky 1hp minion without trading.

Bluegill Warrior Charge, good for clear and good to place when your board is full of buffs

Murloc Tidehunter Excellent card for early board presence. Very good to play with a Murloc Tidecaller on your board.

Rockpool Hunter overall good card on it's own and it can make a weak murloc that bit stronger and more survivable

Coldlight Seer Adds a lot of survivability to your murlocs. try and plan when to play this. You want to keep your murlocs healthy, but try and not play it on it's own.

Murloc Warleader Speaks for itself. it is the core of what makes any murloc deck so potentially strong.

Primalfin Lookout It is always nice if you get to pick something nice like an extra Murloc Warleader

Finja, the Flying Star Excellent card to fill up your board quick. If possible, try and play her after Seadevil Stinger. The tempo swing is quit insane.

The Dinosaur

Gentle Megasaur The importance for board presence with your murlocs lies in this card. It is a terrific card to sometimes outright win you the game with a good adapt option to pick from.

This is still in a testphase, but i wanted to put it out there for interested people, it might turn out to be rubbish, it might turn out to be fine.
