This is a tempo rogue deck that I have been running for quite a while now.  It should be easily craft-able for those who don't have access to a ton of dust.  I have played this deck and slight variants of it for a few seasons now and I have been able to get to rank 10(ish) with relative ease multiple times.  It is a nice deck for players to get used how tempo forms of decks work.  Tempo decks focus on maintaining constant board control; playing spells and minions to remove your opponents and always have the field advantage.  This causes a lot of pressure on opponents, often leading to them making misplays or half-hazard trades.  When playing this deck, it is key to make the most efficient play every turn that will continually  put you ahead of your opponent.  This takes some time and a learning curve, particularly focusing on what is popular within the meta at a given time.  Also, learning to effectively utilize the rogue hero power (Daggers) can also take time; knowing what times to use the weapon to remove minions, save them, or rack up damage on the opponent.  With the coming of the Naxx patch, I removed 2x Dark Iron Dwarf and replaced it with 2x Anub'ar Ambusher.  This change takes away from some of the plays that you can make using the Dwarf for removal using other minions, but it can be very difficult for opponents to remove the Ambusher; something I'm still play testing.  The Ambusher played on turn 4 after I theoretical turn 3 SI:7 Agent is one particular combo that applies a lot of pressure on the opponent.  For those that have more dust to work with Bloodmage Thalnos and Leeroy Jenkins are great legionaries to add to the deck to add to bolster its power.  Bloodmage makes the deck much more dangerous with the plays that can be made when removing enemy creatures, whilst Leeroy....is.... Leeroy "da straight G" Jenkins who turns down for nothing.  Give the deck a try and see if it works for you =)  I'll attempt to keep the deck updated with any changes that come with changes in the game and the coming Naxx Patch.  If anyone has any suggestions or further ideas feel free to comment.  Happy Stoning!

EDIT***

With the release of The Construct Quarter in the Adventures of Naxxramus, I have made a few tweaks to the deck:
-2x Argent Squire

-2x Faerie Dragon

+2x Undertaker

+2x Haunted Creeper

So far these changes are more experimental for the time being, yet I have had a lot of success climbing the ranked bracket so far with this deck and these small changes.  The Meta will be continually shifting as future cards are released with Naxx and players figure out more card combo's.  The replacement of Undertaker  for Argent Squire is one that I believe will definitely stay.  The deck already has a lot of deathrattle synergy with Loot Hoarders, Harvest Golems, as well as the previous addition of the Ambusher; which is proving to be an effective card.  For right now I have decided to substitute Haunted Creeper for Faerie Dragon to provide further deathrattle synergy with Undertaker, as well as giving the deck a smaller for of defense against early board clear.  This change does take some early game damage and pressure away from the deck, but I feel that Undertaker boosts that damage and threat much more than the Argent Squire.  I feel Faerie Dragon may fall in popularity as well as the game is releasing more powerful lower drop cards that can be used to remove it with ease.  I am still testing these changes, however, and I am open to any feedback anyone would like to provide.  Try this new edit out and see if it's for you xD  Happy Stoning!

Follow-Up*

As this season is coming to an end, I feel like tempo rogue decks are at a sort of "Middle of the road" position within the game.  The deck plays very well vs standard Shaman, Pally, and Hunter decks in the meta; but gets has a very rough time with Control Warrior decks that run legions of orange cards.  I would recommend using this deck to run through the ranks of ranked until you start facing ranks that are composed of Control Warrior variants.  Formulate a deck to get past these tough stages and you should be able to make runs to the higher ranks in the game.

Next Season I plan to make some variations to the deck pending on the changes the Meta takes with the upcoming season due to the strength of many Zoo lock decks and aggro hunters.
