[Update] 2017-06-02. Hm. This deck became very similar to another one I just posted (http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/844484-crazy-shaman).

Use Totemic Might early (even maybe turn 1) for board control. Then wait for turn to use Windfury on Primal Fusioned minion, or on Sea Giant. Bloodlust can also win the game.

Note that Wicked Witchdoctor triggers BEFORE spell is cast. So, playing him, and then e g Totemic Might or Primal Fusion, brings lots of value.
