Really fun deck that plays with a Token Shaman-like approach in the early game while also having the tools for a strong late game, namely the quest and the N'Zoth package. Was rank 3 with the deck last season.
Wanted to run a minimal amount of murloc-related cards so as to not dilute the strength of the Finja swing turn and to permit the addition of other late game cards, while still being able to complete the quest in a reasonable amount of time. Using just the minimal water package, the Primalfin Totems and the Sated Threshadon, simulations show that the quest would be completed on average around turn 12, which seems to be a good approximation based on the games played, though I have finished the quest on many occasions before turn 10.
The deck farms Taunt Warrior and is very favorable against Midrange Paladin and Miracle Rogue. Pirate Warrior is a very unfavorable match up. Quest Rogue, Midrange Hunter, Aggro Druid and Aggro Paladin are all rather polarizing match ups. The Priest match up can also be very difficult with all the health buffs and turn 1 Northshire Cleric.
Always throw away the quest against Rogue, Hunter and Druid. If there's interest, I'll write up a mulligan guide.
Edit 1: Switched out Barnes for a second Jinyu Waterspeaker, which has been helping a lot against aggro.
Edit 2: Deck has been running into hard times on ladder with the decrease in Taunt Warrior and increase of Murloc Paladin.
Edit 3: Trying out a Gentle Megasaur in place of Jinyu Waterspeaker. Considering replacing N'Zoth as it might be just too slow in this aggressive meta.

Very cool deck. I'll give it a try but will probably sub out Barnes (way to unpredictable for me) for another deathrattle minion, maybe Cairne Bloodhoof. Also, will probably exchange x2 Tar Creeper for x2 Stonehill Defender - the chances of discovering another White Eyes is quite high I've found.
Subbing out Barnes for Cairne Bloodhoof sounds solid. I'm just worried that the 4 mana slot might be too weak.
As for Stonehill Defender, I think the value it generates in Shaman is almost as good as it is in Paladin. However, against faster decks the body is just too weak to suffice.
Let me know how those changes work out for you though.
Great idea! I didn't know I wanted to play this sinergies before I saw this
Thanks! Tell me how it goes for you.
