I’m MessyOD, a semi Hearthstone-pro currently playing for Triple-Play eSports.

Sometimes I stream on my channel Messy Casts and I want to share my thoughts and experience with the aggro druid strategy. I recommend watching the video first.

You probably noticed a few misplays, didn’t you? Well there are some I made in the video.

The hardest part of each match is the mulligan. You need to plan ahead and almost always use all your mana crystals in the first turns. Then in most games you can go in two directions:

1) fill the board en go for a buff, or
2) try to time Vicious Fledgling in the early turns where you opponent doesn’t have an answer.

Try to push for damage or make value trades: you trade if you want to protect a minion or if you can kill a minion with one of yours with a higher mana cost.

This deck is quite SMORC heavy but not super easy to play. If you have any questions or comments leave them down below and don’t forget to share the deck!

There are a few flexible options in the build depending on the meta:

Bittertide Hydra: Against big taunts this works slightly better than the crazed alchemist.
Golakka Crawler: If you face more aggro like pirate warrior you can tech in Golakka Crawler and leave out the big and mighty Bittertide Hydra.
