After naxx, I encountered mostly zoolocks. Zoo is probably one of the best decks in the current meta (if not the very best). Playing ladder for quitte a lot, made me sick of it all, seeing the same decks again and again, so I made something new (or rather old if you prefer). If anyone starts a ranked game against a Warlock, it is safe to assume it is a zoo with the only exeption being Handlock. No one, ever, is prepared to face a Controll deck like this one. Using this as your main advantage you can win a fair amount of games. It is quitte possible to start with a Flame Imp or a Voidwalker, thus making your opponent think he is facing a zoo, or start with just Life Tap, in which case they will assume it is Handlock, and plan their first turns accordingly.
It is neither a well thought deck, nor is it created by a pro. I am up for new ideas and possible changes,
Cheers!
**Edit**
Following the advice mostly given by hirtegirte and panaris, the revised version looks like this, let me know what you think!
** Note **
You can swap Jaraxxus for any late game card you prefer (Alex, Ysera, Malygos, or even Sylvanas)
Recent win ratios: 14/16 vs Zoo, 1/4 vs Shaman, 2/4 vs Druid, 3/4 vs Priest, 1/3 vs Handlock, 1/1 vs Freeze Mage, 1/2 vs Warrior, 2/4 vs Miracle Rogue, 2/2 vs Aggro Rogue,1/1 vs Shockadin, 1/2 vs Control Paladin, 2/2 vs Aggro Hunter, 1/1 vs Midrange Hunter. Total win ratio 32 /46 ~= 70%
All this ratios are at ranks 5-3. (by a/b I mean that I won a out of b games)
** Another Note **
I wanted to try the new cards, so I made some changes. From the little play time I've given it, it is pretty much ok. Always open for thoughts and possible changes!
**Changed it a bit**
Going over some of your recent changes, you dropped the Nerubian Eggs for Unstable Ghouls? why? (just curious, not a negative) IMHO the Abomination with 1 or 2 Eggs was an amazing play and was easy to setup. Also having the eggs out while a Zoo fills up the board > Hellfire = clear opponent leaving 1 or 2 4/4 Nerubians is just sexy.
The Belcher replacing the Abomination seems a little overkill right now before we have "Death Rattle Decks" This deck isn't lacking taunt at all unless this is to make up for the next change...which is,
A Defender of Argus for Lotheb. I'm assuming that's to combat Pyro mages to get past their final ice block?
I think you have something good going here, I've played almost this exact deck since beta, and as a casual that only gets to play about 2-5 games a day and still making it to rank 7-5 each season makes this a pretty dang powerful deck if played correctly.
Thanks for giving this deck it's 15 min of fame!

Just for funsies I'm gonna try out your changes - if nothing else I can't wait to drop Loatheb on a mage turn 9 with 1 HP and an Iceblock
This is a very cool and unique deck: +1
I am trying it out, and had a crazy idea. would twisting nether work in this deck? Since I have everything but am missing a molten giant, I was thinking I could try it out their. Let me know if its not a bad idea, or if i'm insane lol. Thanks!
I would like to further on my comment: this deck is insanely fun to play. The opponent has no idea what to play around! I decided my best jarraxus sub was barren geddon, and the control paladin had no idea that I had a 'consecration' of my own.
PS: the hand lock wasn't happy when giants disappeared into the twisting nether (:
What can i replace Elite Tauren Chieftain with?
Thx also should i be playing this deck like handlock and tap alot?
yep thx great deck = )
lol dumb and dumber. stupidity should be bannable
he didnt play 78 games lol idiots. he played 46 if you count them all. not you onsi
That's not how you calculate win ratio.
You add up all the wins, then you divide by all the games, not just loses.
Actual win ratio: 32 / 78 = 40% win ratio.
I'm pretty sure he means that he won 32/46 games, just saying. Not very good formatting on his part tho.
Played this deck a little bit ago and got my first kill with my new Lord Jaraxxus. Haven't tried another game yet, so for me this deck is batting a thousand. I will say that there were three, maybe four separate times I thought for sure I was dying next turn, but something always came out of the draws that helped me along. I could tell that the Mage I was playing against had no clue what my deck was, so that was a little satisfying all by itself.
I'll play some more rounds with this one for sure, but I had to jump on to say a quick thanks for creating a fun play experience.
Good concept but needs more revisions.
Pretty weak against most of the stuff and may even lose to zoo a lot of times.
Malygos instead of Ysera is amazing in this deck!
Ive been playing this at rank 5, its pretty good. I use Nerubian Eggs instead of Flame Imps, Shadowflame instead of Demonfire, and Baron Geddon instead of Ysera.
Great deck. The card list looks odd at first but plays really well vs aggro, congrats! I'm gonna try Lord Jaraxxus instead of Ysera as not lacking card draw but poor matchups could do with a health recovery. I'll let you know how it works. Thanks for the deck!
Awesome deck!! Sooo fun to play. I have some problems with shockadins, but against the rest of decks works very well. I changed Ysera for Lord Jaraxxus... Man, it's an instant win!!! Recommended.
good deck against shaman and zoo, loses to anything else
Great deck, not only against ZOO.
I only changed Ragnaros to Alexstrasza.
This Deck is fantastic! I love it! Had a winstreak of 14 right now! Only thing I changed out was Lord Jaraxxus for Ysera, for last minute survival behind the taunts, and some extra dmg. (Bringing Party Jaraxx Back!)
