This is a very classic Miracle Rogue. I used this against Maexnna because i have some very good battlecrys and combos with Leeroy Jenkins , Earthen Ring Farseer and SI:7 Agent wich i dont mind if they come back to hand.

Also Gadgetzan Auctioneer and Azure Drake get immediate value by usually  giving cards on the turn i played them.

The match is like any Miracle rogue match, keep controlling the board and finish with Leeroy Jenkins plus Cold Blood

You can use this deck in constructed with some changes as you like as long as you keep Gadgetzan Auctioneer, tons of cheap cards and Leeroy Jenkins
