Your goal is to play as many spells as possible before unleashing Yogg to finish the game.
Note: This deck is for fun and is not recommended for ranked.
Edit: I added King's Elekk to potentially draw your finisher and Emperor Thaurissan for some discounts on the rest of your spells.
What would you think about replacing King's Elekk with Stitched Tracker from the new set?
oh
No cloaked huntress? The fuck
Lol
I find that people often have the impression of Hunter being a class that just SMorcs its way to victory, and is virtually braindead. People only ever think of Hunter decks as being Secret Hunter, or Face Hunter. Tbh, Blizzard has definitely made it hard for Hunter to be a viable control deck, with limited card draw and removal. However, I think that decks like these are what provide new and interesting experiences for the player, instead of just playing the same old familiar decks. Let me know if you have any suggestions for this deck, but remember, this isn't for ranked play. It's just for fun.
You don't cut the most useful card for shit like flare in a lock and load deck for fun. Unless you are a masochist ofcourse.
The goal of this deck is to mainly survive, and play Yogg with AS MANY SPELLS as possible. You're not going to be playing aggressively, so there is no need to play all your secrets in one turn, since they are mainly for control anyways. I have tried using Cloaked Huntress in this deck before, but you generally want to play your traps in specific situations, and the mana reduction is pointless. Removal is most important, after all, and cutting stuff like Powershot or even Flare doesn't seem worth it.
So you just don't want to win the game is that correct? You just want to play big yogg which won't do shit most of the time. The masochist IS strong in you, dude.
Lol, I'm confused as to why you're calling me a masochist, since this deck is really just for fun. I already gave you my reasoning for why I don't use cloaked huntress: it simply takes up a slot that should be used for removal. I already stated that this deck is for fun, and what's fun for me is removing all of my opponent's minions and playing a huge Yogg. And with 27 spells in your deck, it's pretty easy to get a huge Yogg.
Why? Because you are willing to play a deck with 0% winrate and consider it fun. It's like taking a beating and enjoying it.
I'm pretty sure you haven't even tried this deck out yet. I'm playing it right now, and it's not even half bad, nowhere near "0% winrate". It's FUN to play a Yogg with 15+ spells every game, excitedly awaiting the results of the Yogg. It's hilarious to play a Yogg and have it twisting nether the opponent's board with 6+ jade golems, and then play call of the wild. I have no idea why you are so determined to make me put cloaked huntress in this deck when the secrets you're playing are supposed to be DEFENSIVE. There is no need to rush all of the secrets onto the board at once, since you want to wait for them to gain value anyways. In addition, the more spells in this deck, the more Yogg can cast, and the less minions, the higher the chance King's Elekk can draw Yogg. I'm done arguing with your twisted logic, and tbh, your constant criticism and way of making assumptions that are incorrect makes me not want to talk to you. The only reasoning you've provided is that cloaked huntress is "the most useful card for shit like flare in a lock and load deck", when I've repeatedly told you my reasoning for it. Yet YOU KEEP ON COMMENTING the same stuff over and over, while calling me a masochist. LMFAO. You being a baby. You've provided no constructive criticism whatsoever. You haven't even tried the deck out, and you're making assumptions.
You want me to be constructive? You are playing overpriced removal, no healing and some shitty tempo cards. What else is there to say? Show me some stats of yours with this deck, and i won't even have to be constructive. Or, rather, try beating my hunter in a duel. I doubt you will do even twice out of 5.
Overpriced removal? Powershot is a bad removal card? You don't need healing when your goal is to end the game with Yogg anyways. Again, you haven't even tried it out yet. In case you haven't noticed, the meta has slowed down a bit. With the nerfs to Aggro Shaman and Pirate Warrior, the removal in this deck is enough to help you survive until Yogg. With basically all of your cards being removal spells, how can you say this deck has trouble surviving? With this many removal spells at your arsenal, you're bound to get insane value off of your cards. And besides, from the very start I have stated that this deck is for fun, and not about climbing ladder, and if your definition of fun is playing secret hunter, then so be it.
