Obviously with as much tech in this deck its hard to give a mulligan scenario without typing ten pages for this one. Finja/Seadevil are keeps against slower decks (Finja an always keep to activate Reno effects) especially on coin a seadevil turn 3 into finja for 5 health can set up crazy turn 5-6 lethal scenarios. Mulliggan for normal Renolock keeps against decks deemed aggro ie. Kazakus, mistress, voidwalker, demonwrath, reno etc. Murlocs can be strong anytime, obviously dependent on order drawn, just try to be hopeful that the RNG Gods are smiling on your goofy warlock build.
