Handbuff means you aren't playing c'thun buffers without a tempo loss. Big acolyte of pain and fight promoter to draw C'thun quicker and two types of buffs to make a potentially huge C'thun for the end game burst. Minimum amount of non minions to guarantee the handbuffs are going to hit for a big impact.
