This is how I defeated Heroic Zinaar, this deck is not the easiest to use but it gets the job done, the deck cost very little dust and you may even have most of the cards I use, but remember as with all of the heroic bosses these battles are very hard, don't expect to win on your first attempt but keep trying and with a bit of luck like I did you will get there in the end =)

So this boss i found rather hard, Zinaar's hero power Djinn's Intuition will draw him a card and give him a mana crystal this is going to be a problem because he will soon fill the board with powerful minions BUT his hero power also gives us a wish card, this wish card is going to be useful for us because it allows us to get a few extra minions and spells into our deck.

For this boss i used a mage deck, it was the best thing i could use to hold back his many minions, most if not all of your spells will be used on them, the deck includes 2 Flamewaker's you will want draw them early in the game and this is what we will use along with our freeze spells to keep the board under control, also the wish that you get each turn is a spell and will trigger your Flamewaker's ability remember keep trying and with a bit of luck like I did you will get there in the end =)
