The quick version:

The consistently most useful cards in my deck were Flesheating Ghoul (left side), Ancient Watcher (right side to taunt), Fireguard Destroyer (either side), and Flamewreathed Faceless (either side).  If you don't win by turn 8, she will play Twisting Nether, wipe your minions including Dorothee, and hit you for 100 damage.

Detailed explanation:  The deck works very well against Heroic "The" Crone, even though many of the cards could be substituted (especially the spells).  The overall strategy is big attack minions on the left (duh) and decent taunt minions on the right, keeping the boss's board clear as they kill themselves running into your taunt.

Minions that grow in power are also useful, as you have 8 turns to build them and take her down.

Here are some key features:

1) Flesheating Ghoulworks wonders.  Always play to the left for charge and to keep them from being a taunt minion on the right.

2) Ancient Watchers make great tanks, even if they can't be played on offense.  Usually good to clear two minions, or one minion buffed by a spell.

3) Flametongue totems worked best if placed on the left, between Dorothee and the minion closest to her.  At 2/10 (probably a little less health, though), she can be used to take out a low health, low attack minion to allow your bigger minions to go face.

4)Ironbeak Owl [/card]was added exclusively to silence her [card]Abomination and prevent its 2-damage deathrattle.

5) I rarely had use for the cards that restore overloaded crystals.  They could easily be replaced.

6) Loathebshould be used only on turn 8.  This delays her Twisting Nether ("destroy all minions") by one turn.

7) Always try to keep a taunt minion up.  The boss can do a quick 5-damage with a Wolfrider [/card]buffed by an[card] Abusive Seargeant.

8) Hero power and any 0 attack minion (such asNerubian Egg) weren't very helpful as they do not remove the attacking minion.  Consider using Sir Finley Mrrgglton as your 1-cost minion.

All in all, a consistently easy fight with a Shaman.
