Let me ask you a question. What do you get when you add Malygos+Evolve?
Exactly. EVOLVED MALYGOD!
This is the deck i've been playing with lately and it's working like a charm, really loving the rogue class. I'm currently rank 3 with it with about 78% WR, here's the stats so far: Stats 15/10
Deck inspired by this other list, go give him some love: ShtanUdachi's Malygos Rogue
Any questions or requests just comment i'll check in from time to time! :)
*MULLIGAN*
vs Hunter/Warlock/Mage/Shaman
No Coin: Swashburglar - Backstab - SI 7
With Coin: Swashburglar - Backstab - SI 7 - Tomb Pillager - Barnes - Edwin+Preparation
vs Druid/Paladin/Rogue/Warrior/Priest
No Coin: Swashburglar - SI 7 (play it on curve) - Tomb Pillager - Barnes
With Coin: Swashburglar - Tomb Pillager - Barnes - Azure Drake - Auctioneer
NOTES:
Careful with the Warrior mulligan, the one above is vs Control but the Aggro Pirate variant is very popular these days so try to do a hybrid mulligan, keeping Backstab might be wise.
Always plan ahead a couple of turns and think of what your opponent might do to counter your plays. Be aware of the amount of damage you can do at all times, Malygos combo does a total of 34 damage from hand (Malygos + 2x Sinister Strike + 2 Eviscerate). Emperor Thaurissan discounts are crucial so take special attention to that.
Vs Aggro decks you're just in survival mode most of the game so don't be afraid to use your Eviscerate to clear a minion.

Where does the evolved kobold fit in? What are you trying to use it for? Just board clears? Better than a second swash, or a skulker?
I was running the Skulker but then a friend suggested the Evolved Kobold and i must say it is just pretty good all around, it has amazing synergy with the deck! You can use it for an early board clear with prep+fan, you can use it on curve with backstab vs aggro decks, it's also another good card to get out of barnes and vs midrange/aggro decks it's also an alternative win condition.
Thanks for the fast replies! Will be tryng this list out later. Any plans for a mulligan guide by chance? :D
Well, i can come up with a simple mulligan guide for sure! Will try to post it ASAP! :)
Appreciate the heads up about maly rogue! 4 games in, 2:2. I'm so used to miracle and burning evis for tempo. It feels wierd having the maly druid mentality of deciding whether to save ot for lethal
Hehe, gotta shift the gear! :D You'll get used to it the more you play!
In 11 games that kobold hasn't made a single play haha. Simply poor luck in the draw, but I'm considering trying two swashburglars instead
Well, Kobold always has some impact in my games..Hum if you're going with double Swashburglar you're making the barnes a little bit worse in the deck.
At 17 and 5 now. The deck plays like silky butter. Kobold has clinched a few wins, most notably in mirror matches when you find lethal a turn before your opponent can drop his maly. He was just mia my first few games
Really glad it's working for you! :)
I've ran miracle rogue for a while, but recently crafted malygos for druid. Maly rogue to me always seemed like the "for fun" version of miracle rogue. It's win condition seems less consistent (and therefor pointless) than the cold blood leeroy versions of rogue. Any thoughts? I'd like to try the deck, but don't real expect it to perform as well as standard miracle rogue
Well i played with miracle all season, all kinds of miracle and playing with Malygos i must say it's way more consistent because your win condition doesn't need to interact with taut minions like the miracle one. Give it a try, it's really worth it! :)
