UPDATED July 28

This deck is truely budget, because it has no adventures, epics, legendaries.
Only thing you need is 1360 Dust and few skills.

I got to rank 5 with this deck. From rank 11 to rank 5, my winrate was 62%.

The main strategy of this deck
1   make a good board very fast -> have chance to good trades and hit face
2   draw a lot -> a lot of resource to beet down

In this deck we have more fast and low cost cards than other zoo decks.
Wisp, Mortal Coil, Soulfire, Argent Horserider, and Shattered Sun Cleric make us move faster than your opponent and gain tempo.
If the cards like Dire Wolf Alpha, Knife Juggler, Darkshire Councilman, Questing Adventurer, and Cult Master stay on the board you can win.

The key card of the second strategy is Cult Master.
Versus slower decks, we especially need the second strategy.

The week point of this deck is spells and fast cards.
We are supposing to trade minions with minions, so mage and rogue are terrible for us.

Card Infomation

Forbidden Ritual
This has synergy with Power Overwhelming, Dire Wolf AlphaKnife Juggler, Darkshire Councilman, Questing Adventurer, Defender of Argus, and Cult Master.
We can buff Questing Adventurer even when we have 0 mana left, sometimes it is important.
Versus aggro, this works very good because they don't have much AOEs.
Versus midrange and control, can use it after AOEs to turn back the board.

Wisp
This has synergy with Power Overwhelming, Dire Wolf Alpha, Knife Juggler, Darkshire Councilman, Questing Adventurer, Defender of Argus, and Cult Master.
We can use it with our 1 drops at turn 1 to maximize our first turn tempo especially versus aggro or any turn you need minions.

Mortal Coil
This helps you to good trades especially versus aggro.

Argent Horserider
This card is flexible. we can use it for the board or for face.

Match Ups

Hunter (Midrange Hunter)
This is the best match up. We have many low cost threats and they can't deal with all of it. This match up is a "race". In the late game, they have powerful cards which we cannot deal with, Savannah Highmane and Call of the Wild. Our answer is finishing or being in a good position before they come up to the board.
  Early Game
Fiery Bat,Huge Toad -> Play around the deathrattle. Most cases the answer will be to summon low health minions after the attack.
  Middle Game
Unleash the Hounds -> taunts, Knife Juggler
Eaglehorn Bow -> taunts
Houndmaster, Kill Command -> kill all beasts
Infested Wolf -> use Knife Juggler or play number of minions before they come up
  Late Game
GO FACE. "I will hunt you down!"
  Secrets
Freezing Trap -> attack with weak minions first. Don't get Darkshire Councilman frozen.
Explosive Trap -> If we have many minions on the board and they are below 2 health, don't attack face and use them to trade with minions.

Shaman (aggro Shaman)
Get the board. That is the most important thing. They have charge, buffs, and spells, so you should trade from your side to avoid their good trades. TARDE TRADE TRADE.
 Early Game
Tunnel Trogg, Totem Golem -> You will lose if you can't deal with it. So, keep Flame Imp, Possessed VillagerArgent SquireAbusive Sergeant, and Soulfire at mulligan.
 Middle Game
Feral Spirit -> prepare a board you can deal with it
Doomhammer -> taunt

Shaman (midrange Shaman)
Almost same as aggro Shamam. Move around Lightning Storm. Try to draw by using Cult Master.

Warrior (C'thun Warrior)
This is a good match up. Key card is Cult Master. We can't win without this card.
  Early Game
Blood To Ichor -> play Possessed Villager or Flame Imp at turn 1
  Middle Game
Ravaging Ghoul -> if you have health 1 minions on board use it to trade. don't play Forbidden Ritual before this card as possibile.
Acolyte of Pain -> don't let this draw more than 1. MUST KILL.
C'Thun's Chosen -> sometimes it is good to ignore and go face.
Brawl -> At turn 5, if you are in a good position and don't have 2 turn lethal, don't play too much cards.
  Late Game
Sylvanas Windrunner -> play taunts go face might be good answer.
Twin Emperor Vek'lor, Ancient Shieldbearer -> these big minions are a big chance to play Cult Master.
C'Thun -> finish the game until this comes up.

Warlock (Zoo Warlock)
This is not a good match up. We don't have Dark Peddler,Imp Gang Boss and Sea Giant but they do. Also, they have more burst damage such as Doomguard and Leeroy Jenkins. they have many buff cards, so cleaning up the board is good answer. Knife Juggler + Forbidden Ritual is very powerful in this match up.
  Middle Game
Imp Gang Boss -> use Power Overwhelming, Soulfire, Abusive Sergeant to kill it.
Forbidden Ritual -> use our Forbidden Ritual after there's as possible. Playing later makes it stronger.
  Late Game
Doomguard, Leeroy Jenkins -> taunt
