After many failed attempts with other decks, I finally used a version of control paladin to just simply outlast Nefarian. Basically the whole point here is that you have several ways of controlling his board, whether by making him have 1 attack minions with Aldor Peacekeeper or Humility and then using Doomsayer or clearing with things like Equality and Wild Pyromancer or Consecration. You have a good amount of heals with two Antique Healbots and Forbidden Healing. 

You can definitely consider subbing in things like Sludge Belcher or Eadric if you'd like.

Basically you both end up going to fatigue but because you have strong heals and can wipe out his minions, you end up winning on board and damage.
