Simple tactics, revenge to clear the board at low life and play enough Juggernauts that your opponent will be playing minesweeper.

EDIT: After playing quite a few games, have been having great success against Aggro Decks AND quite a few of the Ice Block Mage Variants. 

The prime weakness of the deck lies in Mill decks and Innervate + [insert 10 mana minion here] decks.
