UPDATE: I have made changes to the deck for standard and added a lot of the new cards. This is just theorycrafting at this point, but at least you will have an idea of the new direction this deck will be taking. Below are links to the new deck list.

Greetings everyone! I enjoy making new, innovative, and fun decks in hearthstone. I especially enjoy trying to make "bad" cards playable in a competitive environment. In the last week of last season I grinded from rank 16 to rank 3 solely with this deck and this season I grinded from rank 16 to rank 4. Time willing, I will be able to get to legend. I don't think this deck is tier 1, but it is a lot of fun to play and has proven to do well.
What inspired me to post this deck is that a lot of people I have been playing against have been adding me and asking for my list because they just wanted to try something different from the usual top tier decks. So I thought I might as well post it to a wider audience!
If I get enough upvotes I will write a detailed guide on mulligans. However, a lot of questions you may have can probably be answered in the video I made about the deck.

Thanks for checking the deck out and I hope you find as much success with the deck as I have. Cheers!
Changes since nerfs hit.
Took out BGH for Dr. Boom. I may more changes. I will try to keep people updated.
I actually quite like that name. :D
Hi! You give me some advice vs zoo? really hard win. But I really love you deck!
Against zoo I would encourage you to mulligan for anti-aggro cards. Definitely search for lightning storm and loot hoarder. If you are still really struggling, you can even consider taking out a MC Tech for Zombie Chow or something along those lines to help against early aggro. Save lightning storms for pivotal moments too. Don't be too hasty to storm. Storm when you know you can also take control of the board if possible, that way you can determine future trading of minions.
You're right, it's by no stretch a Tier 1 deck. With the current meta, this deck gets destroyed by board clears and other far better-constructed control decks
But, in your defense, when you get lucky, this deck is a lot of fun
This feels like it could evolve into some sorta reno deck D:
Great deck! I made the following changes based on a slightly less aggro meta for me at rank 5:
-1 Antique Healbot
-1 Earth Shock
+1 Rock Biter Weapon
+1 Al'Akir
14 Damage burst after using Mist Caller has helped me win games. Thanks for the deck!!
Since I recently opened a golden Al'Akir the Windlord I'm happy to try this change :)).
Great deck, I'm totally hyped for Shaman OP in WoG
been using a totem shaman recently and the idea of bran into mistcaller made me immediately want to try this deck.
Hi, this deck seems interesting and i'm definitely gonna try this out. Can i sub 1 Loot Hoarder with Bloodmage Thalnos? Or is Loot hoarder still better in this deck?
You can definitely do that. Thalnos has the benefit of getting the +1 spell power but you are sacrificing your ability to trade for board in the early game. I personally prefer being able to trade early game but give it a go and see how you like it. :)
I'm very amazed at how simple and effective this deck is. Shaman is always starved for draw, but this deck has TONS of draw. Plus, after you get mistcaller out the minions with draw no longer have any drawback. I was a little skeptical when I first saw this deck so I gave it a trial run on casual mode and went 4-0. I faced two midrange druids, a secret paladin, and some janky face warrior. I felt confident and went on ladder with it at rank 6. I played a raptor rogue, secret paladin, and patron warrior and won them all.
Being able to COMPLETELY nullify a secret paladin's turn 8 Tirion with a 3 mana spell is amazing. The deck is very strong against druid too. Jeweled scarab is great in Shaman because there are so many great cards at the 3 mana slot, and the scarab has built in flexibility so you can grab what you need for that specific opponent. Definitely give this deck a try if you are bored of all the monotony on ladder right now!
How is the Combo Druid matchup in your opinion?
To me, it doesn't look good on paper. Druids don't usually flood the board so MC Techs are dead cards, but also not slow enough like Control Warrior that you can grind out with Mistcaller value.
well treat it as a 3/3 for 3 mana just to play on curve tbh MCT just help me rek a zoo lock
The moment I unpacked a golden mistcaller, i knew i needed to play this deck, gonna try it at rank 9. Tell you how it goes!
