This deck grants you an easy win vs Loatheb in heroic mode.

The goals are to stabilize your health with cheap cards and then build up and HP taunt wall, and after controlling the board taking down Loatheb.

You should mulligan for Flash Heal, Light of the Naaru, Lightwell as well as a Deathlord and Power Word: Shield or Velen's Chosen

The HP healing tools will help you stay alive which is your first priority:
Tournament Medic, Lightwell, Flash Heal, Light of the Naaru

If he overextends and plays more than 3 minions on the board you can steal one with Mind Control Tech

Save your Entombs if he uses Faceless Manipulator on one of your big Taunts that you cant remove.

Dragons or dragon related cards guarantee you that you control the late game or that he doesn't breach your wall. Use them Mid to late game, if the game even takes that long. You might also want to change those minions if you don't have Ysera or other dragons.

Another good early game control minion is Injured Blademaster, that you might want to use together with Circle of Healings in case you are about to loose board.
