Wanted to share this mage deck I built and had pretty good success with.  All around this has gotten me to rank 10, currently rank 4, and then out of shear boredom I had to switch to a different class but I feel it would have carried me further.

Basically the deck is formed around maintaining board presence and clearing while doing damage to the face when possible.  It is imperative to keep momentum as there are no taunts in this deck.  The double sheep is necessary because of this as is the 1 silence.

Best case scenario I like to coin into a sorcerer's apprentice.  It gives you presence as well as not being able to be taken out by hero power.  The rest is dependent on which matchup you're facing.  If you're facing a rush based game then you'll obviously want arcane explosion, missles, and bloodmage.  Against a non rush deck I will almost always muligan for a frostbolt and sorcerer's apprentice. 

Late game is easily controllable.  Unless pressed on a rush deck I always save my big game hunter, polymorph, and faceless maniplutor until it is necessary.  Late game is definitely in your favor if you can hold onto those cards.  If in fact you already have board presence they will undoubtedly throw down a big taunt/creature or try and fill up the board.  If they fill up the board then you have flamestrike or big game hunter.  My personal favorite is when a 10 hp taunt goes down and you copy it and then sheep followed by Yesera next turn. 

Have fun with this deck, it is very versatile and could be improved a little.  I'm still working on it and changing as I go.  If you can't handle all the zoo/rush decks I would suggest adding 2 wild pyromancers.
