My friend made this deck on my account in about 3 min. It turned out to really good, and we went on a winstreak. Right now we are about on a 81% w/l ratio.

It has elements of both Tempo and Freeze Mage, which makes it very good against alot of matchups.

Strategy:

You want mostly to duplicate Piloted Shredder. And Emperor Thaurissan should be used for reducing cards like Ice Lance, Frostbolt etc. Like Freeze Mage. You useually want a start that looks like Tempo Mage, with Mana Wyrm and Mad Scientist, and try to get a Piloted Shredder duplicated.

With Sir Finley you are gonna mostly go for Life Tap, since draws are very good for the deck, but lack a little in.

Your late game should mostly be bursting your opponent down, and controlling the board with cards like flamestrike.

You can also put in a BloodMage Thalnos, instead of an Unstable Portal.
