Hi Hearthpwn,
So i did work on this secret paladin deck for a while, even we all know they all are almost the same, but i managed to get from rank 5 to legend with a 83 % Winrate and was legend after 5 hours. So i wanted to share it with you. And if you got any questions and can't wait for the guide, you are welcome to add me: swaglius#2168
Update: So i see many of you guys want the prove for my winrate. But problem is that i didn't have decktracker on this computer while i did get to legend. But i have just downloaded it and will go ranked on legend to show you how far i go with it. Gameplay will also be included, so hang on.

Basic Mulligan Guide
Look for a minibot, creeper, avenge, muster, juggler and for aggro decks keep alder peacekeeper.
Avenge: Always keep
Competitive spirit: Dont keep unless something crazy. like turn 1 comp spirit then turn 2 muster. Actually dont even recommend to keep it unless many secrets + secret keeper in starting hand.
Noble Sacrifice: Keep only if face hunter or mech mage. Basically keep if aggro deck otherwise no.
Knife Juggler: Keep
Shielded MiniBot: ALWAYS KEEP
Muster for battle: keep with coin or a good two drop
Aldor PeaceKeeper: Keep if you face against hunters + face shamans
True Silver: Keep with coin and a good curve like 1, 2 and 3 drop
Shredder: Keep depending on curve and coin
Sludge Belcher: NEVER KEEP unless hunter, then sometimes it is a good idea.
Mysterious Challenger: NEVER KEEP it is for lategame
Tirion: NEVER KEEP it is for lategame
Blessing of Kings: keep depending on curve
Haunted Creeper: Keep
Cog Hammer: Keep depending on curve
Match Ups
Generally anything that is aggro/tempo/midrange you should have the upper hand on with a decent mulligan.
Match ups in your favour are: Face Hunter, MidRanged Hunter, TempoMage, Aggro shamans.
Worst match ups: Grim Patron, other palladins and priests
Replacements
Tirion = Ragnaros
Aldor peacekeeper = keeper of uldaman
Why aldor peacekeeper instead of keeper of uldaman?
Personally i like alder peacekeeper more then alderman, because if you are behind or want to keep the pressure it is better to give opponent's minion 1 attack instead of giving it a 3/3. Yes i do indeed that the keeper of uldaman is better for removing the large minions or even using it on your own minions for pressure and that is why you can choose what you want, but personally for me peacekeeper is better.

Very minor changes. The fact some1 can hit legend going like 31-6 from rank 5 and still be 1200s shows the power of secret paladin right now. No offense to the creator ofc, legend a great achievement none the less
So yeah... The only deck I lose to basically every time is any mech deck (2 mage and 1 warrior). I thought those decks were outdated and not played anymore, but I was wrong, kindof. True enough I've only play 3 mech decks out of 80+ games but I lost all 3 of them decisively... I know 3 games is not a great test pool (and wont affect your winrate significantly enough to do actually make you change or switch your deck) but if you are looking to counter secret pali and don't care about other matchups give mech mage a try. It may surprize you. I would bet it doesn't have an amazing win rate, but all you need is over 50%. Thoughts?
Mech Mage is still good because if they get the right start, it's hard for them to lose steam.
Thoughts on Solemn Vigil for card draw vs Divine favor? In the current meta of mostly aggro decks I think most decks use up their hands pretty quickly making divine favor tricky to use. I have played this version of the deck now over 80 times and I only drew more than 2 cards a few times and I was winning by so much in those games it didn't matter. I tend to feel like Divine favor is a risk I don't need to take whereas Solemn vigil will always get me two cards and rarely for full price... Feedback on that?
Thanks for confirming my thoughts! Great minds think alike :P
any place for Keeper of Uldaman?
a secret anymore , preferably one redemption
I took out one Aldor Peacekeeper and put in one keeper of Uldaman. I think the deck runs smoother that way, curves nicely, and offers more options.
this deck at rank 4 is easy to play around, if you are playing there then secret pally will be a veryyyy long grind to get to legend. Trust me, before people made shaman aggro popular on reddit and hearthpwn- it was an easy climb. literally took 4 hours from 6-legend. You don't need a guide, you need a ton of grind because this deck will be like a 56% win rate if played right. it wins, but it will take forever to climb
All games at that rank will be close. *This is all IMO so just take from it what you will*
-You have to aggressively mulligan for Secret Keeper and Mysterious Challenger. Shielded Minibot, Muster for battle and knife juggler are things I keep as well but think about your matchup.
Druid and hunter have effective board clear vs 1/1s so Muster for battle is less effective vs those classes. Unfortunately you cant play around it too much. Just try to trade off your 1/1 s for board control rather than hit face.
Vs Demonlock I almost never lose. when they put our their mega value 2/4 for 3 mana I don't fight it. I go face face face and win every time. You will want to clear the wolves and knife jugglers due to high value but other that that I try to go face and win fast. They will win a prolonged game due to hero power.
Vs Tempo mage you should win the early value contest. Just kill the flamewakers at any cost.
Vs Druid be aware of the combo damages and always ALWAYS clear the board if you can.
little tips I follow:
Don't damage a minion you can't kill (except in a situation where you think your minion will die to a spell)
Always check for lethal before trading.
Try to assess your first few turns and plan ahead to hit face or trade. Sometimes your opponent gets an ideal start and they have a better board. You have to fight for the board at that point exept vs warlock IMO due to the infinite value they get from hero power. I like to kill value targets while still hitting face.
Feel free to add stuff to this!
Patron is a 50/50, since it is more about who draws the best curve and priests usually works well for me, but also can be really strong, because of entomb and lightingbomb.
In 80+ games I beat played grim patron warrior only twice and won both games. I am 4-2 vs priest as well so I'm not seeing your logic. Another thing to consider is that even if you were right, the fact that I only played those decks 8 times out of 80+ games means that I don't really care too much about those match-ups. That of course is my logic basic on only 2 days of playing. My opinion will change with the daily meta.
