Miracle Priest: 600 dust budget (I don't think there's a better priest in this price range)

This is a low dust deck that will get you some priest wins in casual or lower level ranked play. It's not as good as dragon priest, which is essentially the only playable ranked priest right now, but it will win games and doesn't cost much dust.

This deck relies heavily on your hero power and as such plays much slower than you may think from looking at the mana curve. That means you'll often be dealing with the full curve of your opponents deck. Best case, you simply out heal your opponents threats. This deck dominates face hunter and most rogue variants. Plays most like a midrange aggro deck which is why I've flagged it as such.

Lightwell is the core piece of the deck and has no substitution (go check out my 0 dust cost priest deck if you don't have it). It's healing helps your other minions and it's 0/5 body is not only a great soft taunt (in a deck without taunts) but a nice platform for inner fire.

Be careful not to loose too many of your buffs to silence. This deck's minions are all fairly vulnerable to silence. That said, the combo of divine spirit and inner fire turns even a silenced Lightspawn or Lightwell into a 10/10 beast.

Dust cost can be cut further cutting Shadow Madness and Circle of Healing for some more bodies. Deathlord would be my choice. Unstable Ghoul or [card]Gnomish Inventor[/card] are other things to consider. Deathlord is particularly notable in that he gives you a minion you don't mind getting silenced. He pairs extremely well with Velen's Chosen making him a 4/12 taunt spell damage minion that silencing removes his main negative. I don't think he fits in the main deck, where most people run him over Lightwell because he's 3 to cast and can really mess you up in the current meta against slower decks who get big threats out of it. Deathlord works against face hunter in particular but we already have a good matchup there and that deck is falling out of favor.

Raising the budget you might try another Shadow Madness, or maybe Mass Dispel/Silence. Probably over Circle of Healing
