I know this is dumb but I had to make it.

The Idea is you use Curse of Rafaam and King Mukla to put cards in your a opponent's hand before you play Coldlight Oracle so they burn more cards. Sir Finley Mrrgglton lets you get a hero power that's actually usable in a mill deck so he is vital.

This is not a refined deck by any means so feel free to leave suggestions.
