this literally seems like a copy of lifecoach's atlc finale deck?

This is what is currently the standard. I've seen pros like Kolento and StrifeCro use a similar decklist, or occasionally the same decklist with a few tech cards here or there. Lifecoach is a very intelligent and methodical player and it wouldn't surprise me to see him using the most streamlined and standardized version of the Demon Handlock deck. 

A few tech cards that can be tossed in like Sludge Belchers or Earthen Ring Farseers in place of the Healbots or even Kezian Mystics if there are a lot of Freeze Mages on ladder, but as mentioned in the title, this is just the most standardized decklist that has all the bases covered when it comes to consistency.
