Hi guys, this is a deck idea based on Explorer's Hat that came from a thread in the official forum: http://us.battle.net/hearthstone/en/forum/topic/19649316212#11

I tried it for a few games last night when the card was available for a while, but due to an error in making some cards available earlier than usual, they have now removed access to it until the official release. It performed surprisingly well, although there are some limitations to consider like not over-extending when there is a danger of imminent AoE, getting more minions out of webspinners when you are low on options etc.

I tweaked it for a bit and had to remove all weapons, a Ball of Spiders (too slow) plus a 2nd Savannah Highmane (too expensive). I also had a Gladiator's Longbow for minion removal and the surprise factor, but it was too expensive. No weapons is an unorthodox approach, but the deck is so minion-based that it doesn't have room for the traditional Hunter tricks.

Don't treat it like the usual face extravaganza. You obviously need to be aggressive, but it's mostly about board control with sticky minions. You DO need to trade, especially to diminish the value of the opponent's AoEs, and you also need to keep in mind the opponent's usual removals to decide when to switch to face damage. Having said that, you need to be fast like most Hunter decks out there.

There might be room for Kel'Thuzad or Baron Rivendare in the deck - I can't try it now since the Hat is not accessible, but I will do that after release.

Use the Hat as much as possible on your small minions to put them out of trade range, or if you have to, to trade while still keeping them alive. But if you see that it will keep you out of the tempo, keep it for later. Two Hats are stackable on one minion, but I advise against it - always buff separate minions in case of silence.

I would appreciate your comments and suggestions! Right now it's simply a fun deck and work in progress, but if tweaked further and it still seems fine, I will write mulligans etc.
