Beat him on my second try with this deck. After he transforms, chains always seems to take a silver hand recruit. Keep flooding the board with them and you should be able to wear him down.
I do not have Hogger, Justicar Trueheart and those Molten Giants. Any suggest to replace them? Anyway, before I could summon any of those, he beats me instantly, so I wonder any of you had a chance against him; not even win against this asshole. (fuck your RNG, honestly)
Also, any suggest for an opening hand, tactics for phase 1 and 2?
And btw: this deck doesn't seems to work... I always got beaten in the first phase.
switched onyxia for hogger cause i had her and not him. mulligan for chow and minibot.
throwing out both tournament medics phase 1 actually worked pretty well, once your'e in phase 2 you really don't take that much to face. i STRONGLY recommend saving equality consecrate for the phase switch, especially if after T7. if you have a full board he's going to steal one of u dudes, but this way you still get an entire round of face for free and you should still have enough mana to hero power for the inspire procs.
my run in particular took me about 5 tries, including 2 insta concedes after bad draws. what really won it for me was getting x2 spiritwalkers from my murloc knight. the extra card draw sealed the deal. that's likely the decks biggest drawback is lack of draw. but there's not much to do about that tbh. value having hammer of wrath early for sure as it will remove the smiths pretty easily.
Thanks! This worked for me better than the priest deck too. The one thing I'll note is if you don't have a Tournament Medic to play on turn 4 or 5, it's pretty much GG. I lost my first 2 tries because I didn't draw any heal whatsoever.
It works! Won after like three or four tries. Trick is to control his minion attacks (with peacekeeper) and knock down his armor as quick as possible. I did it on my sixth turn so I still have time to flood board with recruits. Thank you!
Thanks, this was better than the priest decks I've tried. Beat on second try! I subbed a Lay on Hands and Eadric the Pure since I don't have Justicar and Hogger, but still worked pretty well.
