I replaced Wild Growth with Darnassus Aspirant. It's so much tempo loss in early game (for this meta). There are some early game minions to survive until turn 5-6, and Wrath for removal and/or card draw. Innervate on turn 3-4 at least, to control the board.

You can replace Dr. Boom with a 7- attack minion to avoid BGH completely but I wouldn't recommend. He is amazing.

I tried Ragnaros the Firelord but not really working for this meta.
