If you are looking for a fun deck to get out of Shieldbearer's Footlocker (Rank 20-16), then this deck is for you.

This deck is crazy outrageous but obvious for your opponent to react to, so timing with your plays is everything.

This deck started out with two acidic swamp oozes and two ancient brewmasters, but they proved to be too clunky and didn't have enough early game staying power to keep minions off the board.

Mulligan:

The mulligan is super easy, as most times you are not caught with a high cost hand. What you want to aim for is a flamecannon, and a spellslinger, because most times you will go second with this deck. It is not the end of the world if you are going first.

During Gameplay:

Be as greedy as possible. I know that can be a stretch at times, but this deck can allow you to be super greedy setting up good effigy plays. It does allow your opponent to play into Mind Control Tech, and with 10 mana, you can steal huge amounts of momentum with a MCT into a flamestrike, very often resulting in a 7 or 8 minion tempo swing.

Matchups to consider:

A lot of control decks, but it can be vulnerable at times to aggro decks, especially if spellslinger just adds fuel to their fire.

Control decks to worry about is mostly dreadsteed Warlock and Frothing Warrior. This deck does not naturally have silence, nor can it withstand a 30 damage or more burst.

One Last Note:

This deck is fun to play because in the end, you don't feel bad about losing, especially when some of the cards focus more on RNG. When the game looks to be an obvious loss, you don't complain about it as much because it just was more in favor of your opponent.

Also, you will be laughing a ton because even when you give your opponent more cards and still win, it is one of the most satisfying decks to play, and you aren't guilty about playing a established meta deck that is boring and stale and that everyone complains about playing.
