This the deck I used to beat The Four Horsemen on heroic. It uses only classic and Naxxramus cards and is keeps to a low budget.

 

Mulligan: Look for a smooth curve, taunts are good.

Whatever you get, its important to play for tempo NOT value.

For example:

If your only play on turn one is ice lance tell that horseman to chill!

If your only play on turn two is ooze (and Rivendare has no weapon up) play it.

 

Every point of health saved is more time for you to draw into removal and close out the match.
