Hey guys!
This is Neviilz's awesome mage deck! You basically need to play like you would play a freeze mage, drawing cards, controlling the board, setting up your secrets and all. After that you will set up your Molten Giant s and [card]Antique Healbots before you pull out an Echo of Medivh and start over. Don't hesitate to Duplicate some cards that you find useful. I often use it on Sludge Belchers or Antique Healbots but MaSsan even duplicated a Emperor Thaurissan today and ended up having a 2 mana Alexstrasza (I shit you not I swear!)
Mulligan Guide: Well it's pretty simple actually, you just aim to get your early 2-3 drops and send back late game cards and secrets.
Give it a try!
Swapped BGH for loatheb. He's a great target for duplicate, and completly win games against rogue, freeze mage and priest. I have more than 300 games played with this version and strongly recommand it. Or if you don't want to cut bgh do it with sylvanas
Imo Big Game Hunter is too important to trade Dr. Boom or another big threat. + Sylvanas Windrunner is very effective against control deck if you can dupplicate it. Maybe Loatheb is great but I would swap it for a Flamestrike for exemple ! That my point of view !
Love the deck. Swapped 1x Explosive Sheep for Frost Giant. 5-0 on rank 2 so far.
Edit: Just hitted legend with this deck with 83% winratio from rank 3
Is this deck still good in the current meta?
Watched Neviilz's stream this morning, he was legend rank 7 with this deck still current :D Btw he replaced one explosive sheep with frost giant.
ty for info :)
did anyone try any TGT cards in this deck yet so far i have more success without them?
Only Frost Giants really.
Loving this deck so far, but I think I'm going to try dropping the Mad Scientists -- I find that if I play them on-curve, I end up getting my Duplicates out before I want them.. And if I play them late game, they just aren't as effective. I'd rather have more control over when my secrets hit.
This deck is the most fun mage deck since I tried dragon mage last month:) Opposing players often do not know what to think of this deck- so funny.
i often find myself having a full hand when my opponent figures out what deck i'm playing. so can't play duplicate/echo and i have to play some cards just to avoid overdrawing. (doomsayer/sheeps/nova on empty board etc).
annyone got some tips to help with that?
also, don't have BHG yet. Replaced it with another poly. Other (better) possibilities?
Neviilz just hit legend right now using this deck - still current
nice deck! had a good time with it ;) +1
Muligan guide please?

I love this deck.
Should I make this deck for ladder? I don't have 2 doom and 1 blood. I love freeze mages but can i be legend with freeze? If you guys think I can please tell me what should I do.. I can craft dooms and blood..
Currently 9-1 with this in ranked, this deck is soo much fun and in my opinion has the fewest counter matches, I've even wrecked control warrior, and zoolock constantly. Also to the guy who said ragnaros was better than two arcane intellect, yes you don't need arcane intellect late game, but I found I never drew it in my starting hand when I tried it with ragnaros, and not having cards became a problem, you need two to solely increase your chances of getting it in your starting turns. Also if you know your going to play against something like handlock, you can duplicate bgh which won me the game against handlock a couple times.
Arcane Intellect doesn't belong in every deck, but its needed in control based decks where you really want to cycle to make sure and have a Frost Nova, Doomsayer, Ice Block, Mad Scientist, etc, in hand when needed. That you think it only draws one net card makes me think you don't understand card cycling mechanics. It's two "stub" cards out of thirty that let's you cycle into four other, more relevant cards, which speeds up your survival and win conditions. It's the same reason that Ancient of Lore is so powerful.
