With the new BRM card Gang Up, Mill Rogue is now more viable than ever! With Gang Up and Shadowstep you can now potentially play 10 Coldlight Oracles and force your opponent to draw a hilarious amout of cards.

This deck doesn't use any legendaries and the only epics are Preparation (so it's pretty cheap).  Like most mills decks, this deck performs well against Control but is weak to Aggro.  However with some careful play and plenty of Antique Healbots (Gang UpAntique Healbot) this deck can hold its own against the current Aggro meta.

Playstyle

The BRM Mill Rogue plays a lot like a Natural Remedies Mill Druid except it's more versatile. If you're playing against a Control deck you can use both Gang Ups on Coldlight Oracles an easily mill your opponent to death. If you're facing a Mid-Range Tempo deck then use the first Gang Up on Coldlight Oracle and the second one on Antique Healbot. If you're facing an Agrro deck you can use your Gang Ups on Antique Healbot or even Deathlord and then win once you opponent runs out of steam.

Alternative Cards

The deck has space for two of either Ironbeak OwlKezan MysticBig Game Hunter or Acidic Swamp Ooze. You can change these cards depending on the current meta.

Personally, I find you can always get value out of Ironbeak Owl; every deck has at least one cards that has to be silenced.  But if really hate owls for some reason (they killed your family or something) then Kezan Mystic and Big Game Hunter is probably the next best combination.

The biggest toss-up for me is between Kezan Mystic and Big Game Hunter. This deck is a little weak against aggro and with so many Hunters and Mages in the meta right now Kezan Mystic has a lot of value.  Right now Face Hunter, Cancer Hunter and Mech Mage are the most common aggro decks and Kezan Mystic is more effective against all of them than Big Game Hunter.

Big Game Hunter is mainly used against Dr. Boom and was an auto include in most decks.  But nowadays, a lot of decks are purposely running minions with 6 attack or less to make Big Game Hunter useless.  It's also important to note that by turn 7 this deck does have ways or dealing with large minions. Coldlight Oracle + Preparation + Vanish,  Coldlight Oracle fills up your opponents hand then Vanish destroys the minions on the board.  This combo also works with Sap .

Acidic Swamp Ooze is a pretty good choice if you're seeing a lot of Warrior or Paladin.  Harrison Jones is a possible substitute to Acidic Swamp Ooze but it does draw cards. Against a Warrior this isn't a problem as the most you'll draw is two cards but against a Paladin or Shaman you might end up drawing too many cards and be ahead of your opponent in terms of card draw.

Legendaries

There are some other Mill Rogues out there that use some legendaries, if you do have some of these cards you can include them but be warned, they tend to be more situational and aren't always better.

King Mukla is probably the most common legendary card in Mill Rogue, it can be used as a strong three-drop or later in the game it can be used to fill your opponents hand with Bananas so your Coldlight Oracle burn their cards.  Can replace SI:7 Agent.

Lorewalker Cho is used to fill you opponents hand with "useless" spells; however, what constitutes a "useless" spell depends on your opponents class.  It can work if you happened to draw the right spells but more often then not, both your hands get clogged with Bananas and Backstabs.  If you're comfortable burning a couple of cards it can be really effective against Control decks, in particular Priests but against Aggro it generally doesn't work.  Can replace Kobold Geomancer.

Loatheb is a pretty useful card for a mill deck, it can force your opponent to keep their cards in their hand so on the next turn your mill is even more devastating.  This card works exceptionally well against Freeze Mage and is a pretty beefy drop by itself.  Can replace SI:7 Agent or Kezan Mystic.

Trade Prince Gallywix is kinda crazy, I'm still not really sure how to use it efficiently but if you know what your doing than by all means.  The mechanics are different than Lorewalker Cho, your not trying to fill up your opponents hand with spells but instead your trying to encourage your opponent not to play any spells.  So it serves the same purpose Loatheb does but its not just for one turn. Can replace SI:7 Agent or Kezan Mystic.

Bloodmage Thalnos is also a pretty common in Mill Rogue decks.  Its main purpose is to provide extra spell power so you can clear the board more efficiently.  The card draw can be useful, sometimes you get unlucky and your Coldlight Oracles are in the bottom of your deck and you need to fish for them.  In this deck I run Kobold Geomancer which is pretty much the exact same except it doesn't have the card draw and is a little tougher. Really its a personal preference. Can replace Kobold Geomancer.

Emperor Thaurissan will generally be pretty valuable, most of the time you have at least 8 cards in your hand so the reduced mana cost will be huge.  It can also help you dump your cards faster so you can mill your opponent for more without burning your own cards.  This might work better if you're also running Clockwork Giant. Can replace SI:7 Agent.

Clockwork Giant, although it is not a legendary I feel its worth mentioning. Clockwork Giant really only used in mill decks, there are other Rogue Mill decks that are built around getting out cheap Clockwork Giant but this deck is more concerned about clearing the board and maintaining a card draw advantage.  That being said, you could include two Clockwork Giant in the deck by substituting the Ironbark Owl and the Kezan Mystic.

If you are unfamiliar with the Mill Rogue playstyle you should watch a couple of games to get an idea of how the deck is suppose to be played.  The decks in the videos are slightly different than mine but the gameplay and decision making is pretty much the same.
