ESL Legendary Series Winter 2014/2015 Grand Finals Deck Lists
The following deck lists were used during ESL Legendary Series Winter 2014/2015 Grand Finals.
Loving this deck! Frothing berserkers taking all the early removals. Gorehowl great for mid game control. First time trying warrior on the ladder. Streaking from 9 to 6 in and hour or so. Great deck for new warriors because excludes Barron gedon and Harrison and handles Agro decks quite well.
This deck is great. I'm on a big win streak right now around rank 10 or so, but more importantly it just plays great and feels more comfortable to me than a more defensive Controll'y Warrior.
So far what I've seen. The Frothings scare the crap out of people, and must be dealt with quite fast. They sort of have the ability to put the opponent on a mini clock. This deck tends to deal with enemy minions a bit differently than a standard Control Warrior, and Sylvanas feels a bit different to me in here. She definitely feels more important to me in the standard version than in this Warrior version. That said, I've brought Harrison Jones into this deck. It's great against the Control Mirror and against Paladin, which I'm seeing quite a bit of right now.
I'm trying minor tweaks between most games but currently I'm running:
-1 Shieldmaiden, -1 Piloted Shredder, -1Loatheb
+1Shield Block, +1 Spellbreaker, +1 Harrison Jones
I was feeling like my opening hands were a bit too high casting, so I'm trying out 1 extra Shield Block in favor 2 Shieldmaidens. I'll take the extra card and I can get that armor up a bit faster, seems more important to me right now than waiting on that body. Spellbreaker also hits for 4 and sorta does the job of The Black Knight in the late game, having 1 silence in here also seems to be fairly nice tech right now. Harrison Jones just feels somewhat helpful to the tougher matchups I think.
Will keep trying more stuff here--
